If you want to charge device B when device A is charging, please wait for the indicator light to be red after taking off device A;

The wireless charging panel can only out put the maximum 18W charging power when the USB power provides over 18W charging power. It is recommended to purchase JAKCOM QW3 QC3 high-power USB quick charger";

Metal-bearing or too thick phone case can seriously affect the working status of the wireless charging panel. In case of charging problems, please first replace or remove the phone case and then retry;

The wireless charging coil of some mobile devices is not in the center of the back, so you are required to test and seek the optimal charging position by yourself

Please use the original Micro-USB fast charging power line in the package, a third-party power line may seriously affect the charging effect.

The charged mobile device needs to conform to the Qi wireless charging protocol.
